Welcome to The Fulcrum

Mastering TOC leadership, together.

About Us

We are leaders who are passionate about our respective missions and those we serve.  We are never satisfied with the status quo.  We know the power of the Theory of Constraints (TOC), and are actively trying to apply it in our organizations.  This is not an academic exercise for us.  We are here to accelerate our journey to TOC mastery, so we can solve bigger problems, and add more value, to more people, more often.

Why You Should Join

This is a one-of-a-kind community of cutting-edge leaders and practitioners from around the globe that are all going for it.  We share.  We learn.  We support.  We bring out the best in one another.

In this group, you will receive exclusive content and live streams primarily from Kristen Cox (widely considered to be the world expert on how to apply TOC to government), as well as other hand-picked leaders.

Since this is private, you will be able to share your work challenges and get candid, constructive feedback from trusted colleagues.

You'll find and connect with kindred spirits.  And, you will receive discounts and early access to workshops, live events, and courses.

In short, you'll become a much better leader.

However, there's another factor that just might be the most important part about becoming a member of The Fulcrum.  It's very likely that you feel like the lone wolf all the time--the one who keeps pushing for more, when no one else seems to understand why.

You're not crazy.  You're a wolf.  Everyone here is.  Come join your pack.

What This Is Not

  • This is not an attempt to re-create LinkedIn or Facebook.
  • This is not a place for passive observers.
  • This is not an academic treatment of TOC from arm's length.  We focus on bringing practical, tactical, on-the-ground solutions to real-world problems.
  • This is not a captive audience for you to pontificate to.
  • This is not a place for you to find great content that you can "repurpose" as your own.
  • We are all here by invitation, and we understand we can be un-invited if we engage in this behavior.
